Product Description
CIP Cleaning Machine, Cleaning in place, is widely used in beverage and beer processing lines. It makes it unnecessary to open or move the equipment, and to wash them under high temperature and detergent (acid and alkali). It has excellent washing result on the surface where machinery and equipment touches.

CIP Machine Cleaning Process:
1. Water wash for  five minutes.
2. Alkaline wash for 15 minutes at 75 - 85 C at the point of contact with a flow rate of 1.5 - 2 minutes/second.
3. Rinse with clean water for five minutes.
4. Acid wash for 15 minutes at 65 -80 C with a flow rate of 1.5 - 2 M/S.
5. Rinse with clean water for six minutes.
