Food Processing Machine for Coconut Water, Milk, Flakes and Oil Production

We provide a one-stop complete coconut comprehensive processing production line, which can produce four core coconut products including coconut water, coconut milk & cream, desiccated coconut and coconut oil simultaneously or separately. It is an industrial turnkey solution for medium and large food processing factories and export-oriented enterprises.

The whole production line is made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, equipped with a fully automatic PLC intelligent control system, and complies with international food safety production standards such as CE, ISO and HACCP.

It can be customized according to customers' factory area, capacity requirements and product planning, realizing the whole process of automatic production from coconut de-husking, washing, cracking, pressing, extraction, drying, sterilization to filling and packaging.

Product Description

Coconut Water Processing Line

This production line focuses on industrial coconut water extraction and deep processing, suitable for two major categories of NFC fresh coconut water and concentrated coconut water, supporting various packaging forms such as aseptic bulk bags, cold-chain bottling and frozen bagging.

The typical capacity is 10-50 tons per hour (about 7000-40000 coconuts per hour), and the coconut water recovery rate exceeds 95%.

Adopting multi-stage precision filtration and UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization/pasteurization processes, the shelf life of finished products in aseptic packaging at room temperature can reach 12 months, and frozen packaging can last up to 18-24 months, retaining the natural fragrance and nutrients of coconut water to the greatest extent.

Coconut Milk and Cream Processing Line

Specializing in the production of NFC coconut milk, coconut cream and concentrated coconut cream, it can flexibly switch between coconut milk and coconut cream production modes by adjusting process parameters, with a fresh coconut meat yield of 65%-70%.

 The capacity covers 5-50 tons per hour (about 7000-40000 coconuts per hour), equipped with centrifugal separation, high-pressure homogenization and UHT sterilization systems, and the finished products have a delicate and smooth taste without layering and precipitation.

Supporting three filling methods: aseptic filling, cold-chain bottling and frozen bagging, the shelf life ranges from 30-45 days to 18-24 months, widely used in plant beverages, catering and cooking, baking desserts, food processing and other fields.

De-husking → Washing & Blanching → Pressing & Extraction → (Cream concentration) → Filtration → Homogenization → Sterilization (UHT 135–140℃ for 2–4 seconds, or Pasteurization 60–95℃) → Filling (Aseptic Packing, Cold-chain Bottling, or Frozen Bagging)

Desiccated Coconut Processing Line

It can produce full-fat desiccated coconut (FFDC) and low-fat desiccated coconut (LFDC) at the same time, processing 100000-400000 coconuts per day, specially designed for large-scale industrial desiccated coconut production.

Through optimized pressing dehydration and fluidized bed/belt uniform drying processes, the moisture content of finished products is less than 3%, the shelf life is up to 12-18 months, with uniform particles and pure flavor.

The production line can flexibly switch between full-fat/low-fat production modes, equipped with automatic screening, metal detection and quantitative packaging units, with hygienic production throughout the process, complying with global food hygiene and safety standards.
