APPLICATION: pulping and extracting for vegetables and fruits

Single-channel beater, the vegetables are sent into the hopper by conveyor belt or labors. The materials are crushed by the rotating plates and thrown to the inner wall of the drum by centrifugal force. Materials are squeezed by friction and shear effect. Tiny particles of the pulp flow out of the mesh with larger parts pushed toward the discharge port.
PRODUCT FEATURE
1. High rotation speed: the rotate speed of CHASE extractors can reach 1470 r/m. The machine can easily chop and beat the vegetable into separated slurry and residu.
2. The juice yield can be raised by 2-5% by a CHASE extractor as it has 12 blades, rather than 3 blades of normal extractors.
3. Smooth operation - the parts all go through dynamic balance test and finish machining.
4. Bearing brand: NSK From Japan.
5. Service life can reach 8-10 years (only quick-wear parts need to be replaced periodically).
